New Foundations Children’s Home: New Foundations will dedicate all of our resources, skills, and compassion to improve the lives of children and families.  Our services include enhanced residential group care, foster care, in-home preventative services, and transportation.

Residential services are provided to children and youth, ages 10 to 21, in a structured, staff-intensive setting in Anderson County. Clients are referred by the Department of Social Services, Department of Juvenile Justice, and other state agencies. In addition to providing a safe and stable living environment, the program methods are strength-based, trauma-informed, and focused on wellbeing and family permanency. With older clients in residential care, there is an additional focus on independent living skills.
