Through Goodwill, older adults can get help finding work or developing new skills so they can continue working. Goodwill also helps older adults connect to vital resources like affordable housing and healthcare.

- Through Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) older workers gain experience working for nonprofits and public employers such as schools, hospitals, day-care centers, and senior centers.
- Skills Certification
Do I qualify?
Participants must be 55 or older and meet any service- or program-specific requirements.
GIUMSC’s SCSEP program is primarily funded by the Department of Labor in partnership with Goodwill Industries International and South Carolina Department on Aging.
