(Columbia, SC) On, Tuesday, October 18, 2022, Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina (GIUMSC) will host minority-owned employers and community resource groups for their Supplier Diversity Fair. The event, held at Brookland Baptist Church in Columbia, seeks to highlight businesses who provide important services in the Midlands community.

The Supplier Diversity Fair is sponsored by GIUMSC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee and will feature a variety of minority-owned vendors showcasing their services and products that GIUMSC frequently utilizes. The hope is this event will not only increase awareness for these local business leaders and their services, but highlight the significant contributions locally-owned businesses make toward creating thriving communities.
