The Newberry Housing Authority administers both low-income public housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs in the City of Newberry.

Some properties provide senior housing, and most rental properties offer some form of rental assistance to make rent more affordable for very low-income families.

Our aim is to ensure safe, decent and affordable housing; create opportunities for residents' self-sufficiency and economic independence; and assure fiscal integrity by all program participants.
