GOODWILL SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM
Are you looking for work this summer? Goodwill might have the opportunity for you! Our Summer Youth Program is offering individuals between the ages of 18-24 the chance to learn new skills in the areas of Food Service and Computer De-Manufacturing. Participants will also receive work readiness and work experience training.
In addition to all this, participants will be paid for their time!
To be eligible for the program, individuals must provide proof of at least one of the following academic or employment barriers:
- Deficient in Basic Literacy Skills
- High School Dropout
- Homeless, Runaway, or Foster Child
- Offender
- Pregnant or Parenting
- Requiring Additional Assistance to Complete an Educational Program, or to Secure and Hold Employment

Eligible Participants must also complete an initial pre-screening, including a full drug test and SLED criminal background check.
Five 7-week sessions are available:
May 22 - July 10: Food Service
June 12 - July 31: Computer De-Manufacturing
July 2 - August 21: Food Service
July 31 - September 18: Computer De-Manufacturing
August 7 - September 25: Food Service
