TRAINING SERVICES Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina fulfills its mission of helping people achieve their full potential through the dignity and power of work by providing job training and career services. Last year, Goodwill served 23,376 people and placed 4,372 people into full-time employment, giving them an opportunity to become self-sufficient, tax-paying citizens. Career Training opportunities include hands-on work experience and training in the following occupations:

W.I.A GRATIFY Funded through Greenville County Workforce Development, the WIA GRATIFY program provides the intensive case management and additional support services to foster the work ethic and knowledge youth ages 18-21 need in order to be productive and successful adults.
