GET PAID while you train for a career
in Retail or Food Service.

Funded through Greenville County Workforce Development, the WIA GRATIFY (Goodwill Real Achievement Training Initiative for Youth) program provides the intensive case management and additional support services to develop solid work ethic and work ready knowledge for ages 18-21 who want to become productive and successful adults in the community.

Benefits of the program include:
*monetary incentives for completing coursework
*an hourly paid stipend while completing on-the-job training
*other monetary incentives as applicable
*opportunity to earn a nationally-recognized Forklift Safety or ServSafe certification
*training for a career in the Retail or Food Service industry

Program Participants must be:
*between the ages of 18-21 years old
*Residents of Greenville County
*finished with school
*able to pass an initial pre-screening including a Drug Test and SLED Criminal Background Check
*able to document family income within the program's eligibility requirements
